Planet Improv posted a few weeks ago that we had been invited to partner with the Greater Charlotte YWCA of Mecklenburg and Union County (NC) to offer educational and entertainment programming to their eight educational centers for the entirety of their nine-week summer 2023 calendar.
Last week we finalized this partnership/collaboration.
We now reach out to individuals, employees, and business owners to help us fund this programming.
We ask if an investment of $1 per student for the at least 270 at-risk, underserved youth/students that we will be working with this summer is something that you, your employer, or your business will consider?
(Below) is a letter of support from the YMCA itself and literature as to why this summer programming is so important to our at-risk, underserved youth/students.
